We are excited to announce the opening of the 612Brew patio on Friday June 5 at noon! We have taken great steps and measures to ensure you have a safe and great time while joining us. Please review the new details prior to visiting to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience on one of the best patios in Minneapolis.
New patio hours are 3-9pm Monday through Thursday and 12-9pm Friday-Sunday. Patio service will be rain or shine. We have some sweet umbrellas. If it downpours, you may take shelter inside, but masks are required.
Reservations will be taken on a walk up basis. No need to call ahead or sign up online. We will have a host stand in front of the brewery. Please walk right up to be seated. This is no different than visiting a restaurant that doesn’t take call ahead reservations. You got this.
We will be taking the names of everyone in your party and checking IDs at the host table. Parties are limited to a maximum of 4 or 6 (part of the same family). If you’re rolling solo, that’s cool too. We got a table for you. Moving of tables/chairs is not allowed. This isn’t Edina.
If you need to wait a couple minutes for a table to open, please practice safe social distancing.
Once seated you will find a menu on the table with a list of new and exciting beers on tap. There will be a green card on the table. When you are ready to order, place the green card up on the menu and a server will be right over to take your order. If you’ve been to Fogo de Chao, it’s kinda like that, but for beer instead of meat.
After you’ve had a couple beers and are finished, we’ll bring your tab. Credit is preferred, but we do take cash. Please be considerate and pay quickly, otherwise the line of people behind you will probably glare at you. This is Minnesota Passive Aggressive, as you know.
Fine print, in normal font: Our staff will be wearing masks and we encourage you to do so… when you’re not drinking. We will have hand sanitizer on the host stand as well as sanitizer stations near the restrooms indoors for your use. We have new exceptional cleaning supplies from that major chemical company in St Paul that we clean our tables and menus after every party. If you’d prefer your beer served in a plastic cup rather than glass, please notify your server. Crowlers to go are STILL AVAILABLE. Let your sever know and we’ll bring it to your table before you pay your bill. Consumption of crowlers on the patio is not allowed. Crowlers to go are also available directly from the host stand if you are looking to grab and go. No smoking will be allowed on the patio. No specials, BOGO or free pint cards allowed during this unique time.
Thank you for your patience as we figure out this new process together. If you have any additional questions during your visit to the 612Brew patio, please ask your server or the host. They read this too.
We look forward to seeing you soon! As always, I’m Thirsty Already.
